MM program educates students’ human capital including the development of their intellectual agility in the development process of value creation (value creation process) as well as self-transformation and sustainable organization. It develops students’ ability to generate new knowledge from various sources, to understand problems holistically and multiperspectives (multiparadigms), to manage flexible and creative solutions to problems of management.

Managerial and professional contributions of MM graduates are dedicated through their positions as managers or supervisors on a business function, program or project, such as finance, marketing, corporate strategy, program evaluation, as well as a manager or supervisor. Managerial competence obtained can also be applied through the development and management of independent business as entrepreneur. The emphasis on a balanced approach between theory and applications also provides a solid foundation for a career to be a lecturer, researcher, auditor, consultant, trainer and motivator in business management.
