- The accreditation status of the study program of the previous university must be at least same as the accreditation status of the study program at Perbanas Institute.

Tuition Fee
Provision for Payment of the Tuition Fee
- The Tuition Fee does not include: Re-registration fee per semester, Thesis Guidance, Thesis Examination, and Graduation Fee.
- The fee includes university jacket, Mid-Term Test (UTS), Final Test (UAS) and laboratory fee.
- The fee for Undergraduate Program (S-1) starting from semester 1 to 7 or for Diploma Three (D-3) program starting from semester 1 to 5 is fixed (flat) with 2x installments.
Save More Tuition Fee with Basic Tuition & Installment Semester Tuition Fee
The Tuition Fee is fixed/flat every semester starting from semester 1 to 7 which can be paid in 2x payment phases. The 1st payment will be 50% paid at the beginning of the semester and the 2nd payment will be 50% paid before Mid-Test.

Note of The Tuition Fee and Study Period (Jakarta Campus):
- The Tuition fee for less than 4 semesters or 5 periods (1 study period is 4 months), the total study period of 20 months* is amounting to IDR 40,000,000,-. (*Intensive Information System study period is 6 periods with a total of 24 months);
- The total cost above does not include the Student Card, Tutoring Fee, Thesis Examination and Graduation;
- For CASH payment (IDR 40,000.000), if the Tuition Fee is paid in CASH <10 days after registration, a discount of Rp 4,000,000 will be given;
- For the Installment, it can be paid 10x with 2 phases of payment each period:
- Phase I – At the beginning of the Semester amounting to IDR 4,000,000,-
- Phase II – Before Mid-Test amounting to IDR 4,000,000,-
- Perbanas Institute Alumni and Permanent Employees of Perbanas Members will get a scholarship amounting to 25% of tuition, namely: 25% X IDR 10,000,000,- = IDR 2,500,000,- (will be deducted from the payment of Period 1, Phase 1 only).
- Tuition fee MUST be paid at the latest before the New Student Registration is closed.

- Tuition fee for less than 4 semesters or 5 periods (1 study period is 4 months), the total study period of 20 months* amounting to IDR. 32,000,000,-. (*Intensive Information System study period is 6 periods with a total of 24 months);
- The total cost above does not include the Student Card, Tutoring Fee & Thesis Examination and Graduation;

Investment Cost
The total investment for the study period of 4 (four) semesters / 16 months can be paid in installment every month during 16 months of study. (Download the Postgraduate School Brochure above to see the table of tuition payment details).
- Registration & Entrance Exam: IDR 500,000,-;
- Morning class (Tuesday & Thursday)*: IDR 30,000,000,-;
- Evening class (Monday to Thursday): IDR 40,000,000,-;
- Weekend class (Saturday): IDR 50,000,000,-.
*The minimum quota is 10 students.
The total investment cost above does not include the following costs:
- Matriculation;
- Thesis Guidance;
- Thesis Proposal Examination;
- Thesis Examination;
- Graduation;
- Library & Diploma (Certificate) Administration.
Resignation and Refund
- If you are accepted in State Universities according to Announcement Letter No. 017/PMB/X/2015: University of Indonesia, Gadjah Mada University, Brawijaya University, Bogor Agricultural Institute, Bandung Institute of Technology and Sepuluh November Institute of Technology only through SNMPTN, SBMPTN and Mandiri, the fee will be refunded (except registration form fee) with administrative charges amounting to IDR 1,000,000,-;
- If you do not pass the National High School/Equivalent Examination, and do not have a Certificate of National Examination Result (SKHUN), the fee will be refunded 100% (except for the registration form fee).
- Other than conditions no. 1 and no. 2 above
File resignation requirements:
- a Deterioration Submission Form;
- an evidence of not passing National Exam (Senior High School/SMA/SMK/Equivalent, or;
- an evidence of State University Acceptance Letter in accordance with Announcement No. 017/PMB/X/2015;
- a copy of payment receipt at State University (PTN);
- an original Temporary Student Identification Card (KTMS);
- an original Payment Sheet from Perbanas Institute;
- The deadline for submitting the resignation is before the closing of New Student Registration (PMB) that is on August 31, 2019 by filling out the Deterioration Submission Form (contact Perbanas Institute Admission Unit).

Scholarship
Decree of the Rector of IKPIA Perbanas, Number: 001/SK.P/XII/IKPIA/2016 Regarding Scholarship Provisions for Prospective New Students of IKPIA Perbanas Graduate School.
Providing scholarships for prospective new students of IKPIA Perbanas Postgraduate School in the form of a 25% (twenty-five percent) tuition fee discount from the total tuition package applicable at IKPIA Perbanas Graduate School for a duration of 2 years (4 semesters), given with the following criteria:
- Alumni of IKPIA Perbanas;
- Permanent employees of IKPIA Perbanas or employees with a contract status with IKPIA Perbanas, proven by a certificate issued by the Human Capital and Legal Services Bureau;
- Children of permanent employees of IKPIA Perbanas;
- Permanent employees of member banks of Perbanas.*;

Athlete Achievements, the percentage of scholarships is determined by the Student Affairs Sub-Division with the following requirements:
- Letter of recommendation from the club or competent parent organization/institution;
- Attach photocopies of award certificates/diplomas/certificates/photos/evidence of articles in the mass media regarding championship achievements (at the regional, national, or international level).
