SEMINAR ON EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AYER ISLAND 25th – 26th APRIL 2015

To implement the values of ETHICS (Endurance, Trustworthy, Humanity, Integrity, Competence and Sense of Belonging) that is the core values of Perbanas Institute and to improve the quality of working and employee motivation and also as the final series of events of 46th Perbanas Institute’s anniversary, a seminar on Employee Motivation was held on 25th – 26th of April 2015 in Ayer Island Resort & Cottages.

This event was attended by all of Perbanas Institute’s employees and filled with a seminar and games that aims to increase the sense of togetherness, solidarity and cooperation among employees.

Mr. Spirit Saut Sitompul, M.Sc., CEM completed the first session of the seminar (the morning session) with the topic “Trustworthy” and in the second session (the evening session) the employees were trained by the Rector of Perbanas Institute Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Marsudi Wahyu Kisworo with the topic “Sense of Belonging”.

By joining this seminar, all of Perbanas Institute’s employees are required to be able to implement the values of ETHICS ​​in their working activities to accomplish the Institute’s Vision 2019.
