PERBANAS INSTITUTE GRADUATION 22 DECEMBER 2015

On Tuesday, 22 December 2015 Perbanas Institute held a graduation ceremony located at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan Jakarta having a total of 724 students graduated with degrees in Accounting, Management and Computer Science.

This graduation theme was “Nourishing Patriotism and Nationalism toward Global Competition” that is relevant to current condition for the nation in facing ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) in 2015. The ceremony was attended by the Coordinating Minister of Maritime and Resource Dr. Rizal Ramli who also gave his graduation speech, the Chairman of the Perbanas Education Foundation (YPP) Mr. Sukatmo Padmosukarso, Board Member of YPP Mr. Edy Kuntardjo, the representative of Coordinator of Higher Education Coordinating Board Region III (Kopertis III) Jakarta Mr. Putu Pujo Giri as the Executive Secretary of Kopertis III, and the entire academic community of Perbanas Institute, the graduates and their parents. In his speech Dr. Rizal Ramli shared his inspiring stories and troubleshooting tips for success to the graduates namely “3 Gesit” or 3 Swifts that is Swift Brain (Smart), Swift Hand (Creative and Hard Work) and Swift Sociable (Networking). While Mr. Sukatmo presented the strategic role of youth in the future, especially for Perbanas Institute graduates to be more competitive in the globalization era. Supported by the member of Banks Association, Perbanas Institute with all its resources is ready to play a key role in the development of innovation, knowledge and technology to prepare the human resources for banking finance and informatics to face MEA in 2015 and global level. Moreover, Rector of Perbanas Institute Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Marsudi Wahyu Kisworo reported that in the academic year of 2015/2016 Perbanas Institute achieved various development and accomplished both institutional and student achievement in regional, national and international level. Granted A Accreditation for S1 Accounting and S1 Management is one of the outstanding achievements and concrete evidence of Perbanas Institute’s commitment to improve its quality in achieving Vision 2019 to be a “World Class University”.
